True. I agree that you have to be careful what you wish for because it just might come true. Many times we wish for things that seem so simple or that we think would make our lives perfect. Most wishes come with consequences. For instance, you may wish to win the lottery or to be a millionaire. It sounds great, but we don't think about the fact that half of it would go to taxes and then many relationships are ruined because of money. Friends and family getting jealous and angry, etc. Think about things before you wish for them and be ready to accept the consequences that come along with it.

A few years ago, I stumbled on some writings that told me how to get what I want. I became wealthier, made love to beautiful women, and displayed my artwork all over the country. But I learned one vital catch: If I wish for something vague, the great genie of life finds many ways to make an annoyance of my desires. If I wish to have sex with beautiful women without strings, the very women who delight me tonight are gone tomorrow... even if I really thought we had something. If I wish for wealth, but don't specify how much, I may end up with $50. If I wish to show my work, I may end up having to spend that $50 sending my work all the way across the country... and back, because I forgot to wish that it would sell. Indeed, be careful what you wish for. And make sure there aren't any double-meanings to any of the words you use in phrasing your wish. "Getting laid" can mean making sweet love or being hit by a car ("getting laid-out").
