You can simply use Windows Movie Maker,.. just open WMM,.. click File>Open>YourFile then drag it to the first part of the timeline and then do the same for the next so you have two clips side-by-side,.. then click Save Movie File As,.. it'll then give you an option how large or small you want the finished movie to be, make your choice and click save. it may take a while for it to do it, but it'll work fine if you're very patient. :) Hope this helps. :)
