The past couple of days,when i lay down and shut my eyes i feel all shaky inside and unable to relax and go to sleep,whats up with that?does anyone know an techniques to help me calm down?

I find deep breathing exercises extremely helpful for relaxation. It will also help stop the shaky feeling when you get sufficient oxygen In your body. I've enclosed a link where you can learn how to do this at any time.

Well it always helps to walk around for a bit and take a break from the daily routine..Just be relaxed

Keep away from caffeine. Take a walk every evening and do something relaxing like a warm shower or bath.
