Most likely it is an insect like lice or fleas maybe even ants.
The queen ant produces new offspring every day
so do the lice and fleas

I think the reptile that lays the most eggs is the sea tutle

Frogs, spiders, fleas, bees, some small moths and butterflies lay up to 10,000 eggs in one go. And some wasps lay hundreds.

could be the sea turtle.....could be a spider.....idk, there are many creatures that lays tons of eggs in one go, i dont know which has the most.

Queen army ants and termites have to be high. I am not sure if they ever stop!
