The hussain sagar express comes from the north of hyderabad and joins the east coast line at Bagumpet... it halts for a few minutes there and then goes to Hyderbad station (Nampalli)

if you want to go to Secunderabad you should get off at begumpet and either wait for an MMTS (local) train or hire an Auto that will charge you Rs.60 max... even if the meter is doctored...
