Tourism is extremely important to our economy.
We cannot take the risk to offer a bad or medium service.
We do hire people who have no experience but our 5 biggest hotel groups here have their own training academy/training school covering the different skills needed by their employees.( minimum is 6 weeks in all the activities but it is much longer when working in the Kitchen or in the health centers.)
We do have low cost hotels where the service cannot be compared with the 3 , 4 or 5 stars hotels but the kindness and welcome are of the same quality.

This in a very inn-sensitive question. It is like asking if a alarm company hires people that are in-secure. Or, a map company would hire someone that is in-continent.

I run a brothel out of a hotel. All of my employees have to know the inns and outs.

They hire people as cheap as possible, it explains the service problems. Have you spent a lot of time at motels?

LOL! That's a good one. Probably not original, though. In fact, I suspect it's been around about as long as the English language.

But don't let that bother you. It's still clever.
