use it to back a quilt or a picnic blanket. Make pillows or curtains.
How about making a lot of kermits to donate to a charity?
Seat covers for the car?
Tote bags for carrying your groceries home from the store ... and if you still have lots left make tote bags for friends, family and foes ... emphasize "we believe in a green earth, stop using plastic and paper bags, recycle."
A bird cage cover? or is it too heavy for allowing air to circulate?
A cushion for a pet.
A very festive table cloth for St. Patrick's day.
Lay it out and mark a forest or park and roads for a little boy to use for driving around his miniature cars on.
book covers?
Cut it into banners for hanging up to decorate walls, point people towards an event, to paint a design on for your house flag set.
This was a fun exercise. I think personally I would make earth friendly green grocery bags. .... I have been eyeing the ones at the store and unwilling to pay the price for one cloth bag.

That is one of the problems with buying material without a specific task in mind. Find a school, dance school, charity organisation, drama group, something like that who need green outfits for a performance or event. ei if they are putting on Robin Hood, or need elves outfits for christmas. Offer to help them out with the costumes.

Donate it to your local high school for their theater/drama department. They always need fabric for costumes and props.
Or make some skirts a la Lily Pulitzer, that green is very chic, especially with a cute contrasting trim.

Cut the material into triangles large enough to make halter tops for your girls, then tie-die the material using bleach or Rit-Dye. Or cut large squares, tie-dye these and have a pillow making party with your girls.
