The person who was lying on the floor in today's episode was plum Garrett. An old boy friend from amber's past. Who came to Genoa city to black mail her into giving him a job. He wanted her husband cane to give him a job so he would not tell cane about amber's past when she was living back in L.A. So that was the body of the person who was laying on the floor in Kevin's apartment.
