Im looking to trade either Damon or Rowand straight-up for a pitcher. Any ideas on what pitchers I could offer them for?

Like a 4th or 5th starter, or a 3rd starter on a bad team, like the Pirates, Reds, etc.

I'd look to get a 1 on a bad team or a 2 on a decent team. Maybe go after a guy like Buerhle, Zito, or Maddux ( or another pitcher at that type of level)

Not much higher than a real low #2 or #3. I would say you might be able to get some one like Chad Gaudin or Fausto Carmone for either of them. You are better off finding someone off the waiver wire.

Not a ton, really. I'd aim for a buy-low candidate. Vazquez? Contreras? Glavine? Colon?
