I think that mood is a definite possibility, but I believe it just more so has to do with the person and how they are normally . . .
I think a persons personality affects it more than anything else. Of course sometimes we all have our off days. =)

I think if you are in a bad mood you may interpret someones questions to be mean or rude. I also think you can read answers that way too.

Yes, this has been the cause of many marital fights in my house!! Somebody's in a bad mood in misinterprets what was said. Human nature I think.

Occasionally it does-but there are definately blatently rude questions/answers when it comes to racism, sexism, ethnicism, culturism, and fatism-KWIM? I try to give peeps the BOD, but there are just some that are voluntarily retarded.

Your mood should never change how you view anything. Your opponion should be the same no matter how bad or sick or happy your feeling. If your opponion changes that easily then its obviously worthless.
