Ok I want the customized Tom Delonge guitar from Fender that was discontinued. My friend owns it and I have played it its amazing. Well I also like how it looks also.
Now I want it off ebay since it has been discontinued.
This is the ebay link.

Now my question is if its real, or I am being scammed. Because there is another one on ebay selling for more but has like 6 bidders. That doesnt seem right.
Tell me if this is real or if its a scam.
Thankyou

No one here can tell you if it's "real" or not. But you can e-mail the person who's offering it for sale and ask as many questions about it as you want. And if you do buy it, e-Bay protects you from fraudulent sellers. So if you buy it and find out it was a "scam", you have some recourse through the website, as long as YOU followed all their recommended procedures.

I have sold guitars plenty of times on ebay. Ebay is usually a safe place to buy from. Just make sure you use paypal and it will be covered under their buyer protection policy. The person who is selling this has 100% positive feedback, but they have never sold anything on ebay before. If they tell you something like, I don't take paypal, then I would worry. Otherwise, go for it. It aslo says that it is in mint condition, if it isn't when you receive it, then it should be covered by paypal also. Good luck!

There are many great Guitar auctions on eBay and lots of reputable sellers. If you stay on ebay and don't take email deals you'll be OK. Visit sites like http://GuitarWahWah.blogspot.com that track the Most Watched eBay Guitar Auctions to see what hot and what's selling the best.

Thats a little high for the guitar. I bought one myself (the black one) and was very happy with it, but dont think its worth that much. Guitars are very different from guitar to guitar, go to a store and find one you fall in love with yourself, dont just trust somebody online. Ive been screwed by ebay before with guitars.

just try zeusbay.com there a great ebay alternative that have many of the same features as ebay. its very affordable like $2 a month for unlimited listings. no final value fees. instantly accept paypal. ebay is outragous with there fees i would never pay that much when there are sites like zeusbay that is affordable.

Ebay is usually safe. I've never been scammed buying things off ebay. I've bought a lot of things on there.
How bout a signature Alvarez that's been on three albums?

not a scam
BUT THIS IS NOT A FENDER it is a squier, which is a HUGE difference, and that's why it's so cheap. the guy has 100% rating and he's been a member since 2004 so he'd be an idiot to scam someone

I've looked at the auction and I don't see where anything indicates it's a scam.
BUT, of course that doesn't mean it isn't one. You have to be careful in purchasing anything online.
Personally, If I wanted it and had the money... I'd get it.

ok that one is a squier its a cheapo brand made by fender. its not the real fender one. thats why its cheap. it even says that. so its not a scam, its jut not the guitar you want. the actual fender one is more expensive, this is a cheap version

Do not buy a guitar on ebay. You should always play a guitar before you buy it. Also the shipping is probably really high.
