i have a 1984 S10 2.8L V6. I want to buy either the 4.3L V6 that comes in some S10's or something else that is bigger then what i have. Where can i get one for not crazy money?

ur best guess on finding a 4.3L is from a wrecked blazer or s10 at a salvage yard, that would be the cheapest way to go, but not as reliable

Wreckers as that will enable you to pick up the bigger trans., a larger driveshaft, and all the beefier suspension parts you are going to need to support the extra weight and torque of the bigger motor and trans. You might even need larger brakes as the weight of the truck is going to be altered. Good luck.

a 350 use4s the same mounts and accwsories as a 4.3 so why not go hot rod and 350 is really cheap go to summit.com to see how cheap things are
