Applications are compiled to binary formats compatible for the end platform where they are to be executed. Without reverse compilation and recompiling using a MAC compiler, I don't know of any reliable way to do this. What you might want to look at though is Apple's BootCamp or Parallels software that allows you to run a Microsoft Windows operating system on your MAC system. I believe BootCamp is only compatible with the Intel based MACs and allows you to dual boot your system between MAC and Windows. Parallels allows you to run a Windows operating system while in the MAC OS.
