Would be a fantastic deal for her:
1. She gets rid of you: An egoist and cheating husband.

If your wife is fantastic then whats the problem? you think your going to get what you want out of a 21 yr old LOVER? The money has already gone to your head. Sounds like your wife deserves better if you have a lover. I think you should tell your wife about the money and the lover so she can divorce you and take your f****** money. See how much your lover wants you then.
