My computer already has the right time zone, and everything. I disable the schedule and then enable it again, and it keeps saying the same thing. So how can I fix this and I already try re-installing it.\

*Everything is updated! It tells me i have nothing to update and i already checked for updates, and everything is updated

Right click the AVG thingie in the system tray. "Check for updates". Let it do its thing. It's telling you your "virus definitions" are out of date. See, your definitions need to be kept up-to-date. I do mine daily, just because I'm online that often...might as well. But if you're not, then, do it as often as you can!

Virus definitions, BTW, are what keeps AVG "up on" the latest known threats to your system, so's the AVG software will know to watch for'em and be forewarned to catch them and put up the stiff-arm.

The AVG folks also use this mechanism to notify you when there's updates or new releases to part or all of the AVG software.

You can go to the AVG Control Center (I think that's what it's called, there should be a window you canopen that has 6 or 7 things in a vertical list where you can highlight one at a time.) Click the Internal Virus Database and then down on the bottom right of that window you should see an update button. That button should do it.

When that is done, just leave it do deal with itself. AVG isnt very successful in my opinion ;]
