im 5'5 and 105 lbs. i think im a normal weight but i can see bones on my chest. does this mean im too skinny?

Speak with you doctor. I'm 5'5" and if I weighed 105 all I would be is bones, but I have a large bone structure. You need to ask advice of a medical professional who is actually looking at you.

you might be a little skinny , I'm no doctor but it's more a reflection of your muscle mass . Many woman I've known , (among the leaner ones) have visible bones on the upper chest area (above the cleavage area).It seems to be predicated on the lack of muscle and the lack of fatty tissue . If you do not carry much of either the bones will show. You see it on many actresses and models . Depending on the severity a few pounds may hide them. I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'm sure genetics and breast structure have an voice in that too.

I do not believe that seeing bones on your chest is any indicator of being too skinny. I know people that are a little chunky (they carry their weight from the waist down) and you can see their bones on their chests....Everyone is designed different. Enjoy your body just the way it is....

yes its very normal, you might even need to gain weight. try eating more protien and of course EXERSIZE. lift weights, if you dont want to buy weights than do push ups, if there to easy?! than put your toes up on a chair and do push ups that way! try doing 10 a day for a week, than do 12 and so on! youll notice change fast! if your arms are sore than THATS GOOD i love that feeling cuas i know its working
