Does anybody know what happened in last Wednesdays One Tree Hill?

Well Karen is unconcious in the Hospital since she had fainted. She has her baby in a C-Section and its a girl. When its time for Graduation, all of Lucus' friends come to the hospital to tell him to come and graduate. He leaves with them and Deb stays with Karen. At Graduation, everybody graduates, (even Rachel Gatina). While Haley is giving her valedvictorian speech, her water breaks. The show ends with Karen's heart monitor beeping off as her heart stops and all the doctors rushing in.
