Will the dash from a 98&up S10 pickup fit in a 94-97 S10 pickup easily or at all?

If they can fit, it will not be easy. Keep in mind the 94 models had the round column and the 95 and up went to the "Japanese style" columns.

No; the dashboards are quite a bit different.
