Is she cheating?

So my girlfriend had her cell phone laying down and I saw it light up. I went to grab it and she immediately grabbed it and starting getting physical. I was trying to take it from her to see who it was, I've been suspecting she was cheating. She literally had a death grip on that thing. So she takes it away and runs into the bathroom with it.

I asked her what that was about and she says it was nothing, her mom called her. Well a few minutes she says it was no one. The fact is I saw her phone had a message or a call.

She says she did it because I don't show her my cell phone or let her see it. It's because I talk to my guy friends about personal stuff, I'm not texting any women.. and that was her excuse. She says she wasn't hiding anything...

Hard question, but here it goes...
You don't say how long the two of you have been together, months? years?
Trust is vital for a relationship and to respect each privacy too.
Once I caught my wife opening a letter addressed to me, it was from the bank, nothing important, but I told her that I didn't like the fact that she opened the letter, not me.
I also find "stupid" the fact that many couples give their partners their password of their emails... what the f....!!!!!
That shows a high level of insecurity.
I prefer honesty, and so do women.

You say you don't let your girlfriend see your phone, OK cool with that, but if you text about sexual stuff, the things you do with her, or stuff that some girls would consider gross, like porn, etc. you might want to be careful and talk about this first.

on the other hand, What can be so important that she struggles over the cell phone when it rings and doesn't allow you to see? maybe she's just like you with her girlfriends and talk about personal stuff

is it normal that women get into the bathroom to take a call from their mom? why would she do that? why the hiding?

You have to be secure about yourself, because that kind of issues are what make men jealous.
What would you do if you find out she's cheating on you?
Do you love her that much?

ASK HER TO BE HONEST, despite the answer, don't be afraid ... at least you will know...

My girlfriend does that to me all the time. It's like I don't care that much if she looks at my cell phone though. When I look at hers she is very sensitive, sometimes she grabs it that hard. Once I knew it was just so I don't see some dumb little pictures, but another time some guy text messaged her. It is shady when the phone rings, they answer, then run away. But I think girls do just act weird about their dumb cell phones. Look at how much they pay for them also, I pay $29.95 +tax, she pays $100

WAS cheating on him. Sometimes I wouldn't take my phone to his house because I knew I'd get phone calls. I'd say I forgot it all the time because I hardly use it. I'd say "stupid me, i'm so forgetful". She definately is!! If your young then have fun and cheat on her or dump her. If your young then you should be having fun anyways. I don't regret doing it, I only regret not telling him that I wanted to see other people. Dating is more fun. When the right person comes along.......it all just falls into place! Good Luck!

When a woman gets physical like that its not to teach you a lesson its to hide something.

Sorry, I think there is someone else.

I would just tell her, "Babe, I was thinking about the other night when you got all crazy with the phone. I think we should take a break. Take care."

Don't add to it and don't explain yourself. Let her think about her own actions and twist and turn in the wind. Nothing works like guilt.

First, I think it's awful that you would grab her phone. It is HER phone and if you want to know who calls her you're out of luck. It's none of your business. I have been dating a guy for 3 years and neither one of us would dare try something like that.
Now, if you have to ask if she's cheating, she probably is.

Hi, she might or she might not be..You can't judge that by just that one call. Looks like she's doing something that you might not approve of.But she is keeping something from you....Just try to investigate a little deeper. But it looks like that relationship needs a little bit of trust. If there is no trust there is no relationship and you should try to move on. Hope everything works out..

So offer to show her yours in exchange to see hers? Why she she have any more trust in you then you do in her? Door swings both ways either trust her or come to a comprimise...you're not married and neither of you HAVE to share anything with each other, however, if you'd like the relationship to grow then I suggest both of you being a lot more open with each other.

If she can't look at your phone, then don't expect her to let you look at hers.

She might be or might not be. This doesn't really tell you anything especially since you say that you aren't cheating and you do the same thing to her.

yes, yes that women is chatting on you and you know it as much as I do, see even though we women have our intuition so do man so if you feel that she is then she is not doubt in your mind especially if she was acting like that. (tell her I said that she is a dumb *** cause now she is about to loose the best thing she's got)
