First you will have a great time, it's one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Very lay back even by Hawaii standards.
Go to Kee Beach at the end of the road to the Na Pali Coast. It's the greatest little snorkeling spot on the island, a completely protected cove with a great little beach. No services at the beach park, but it doesn't get to crowded either.
Bring and use lots of bug spray, the mosquitoes are pretty big but manageable.

sure, go snorkeling (its cheaper than scuba diving and you dont need a license)
take a kayaking trip, they are pretty cheap to rent, dont forget to take a picnic lunch with you!!
and do not forget--- Ziplining!! so fun!!
