Given that it has been well documented now by the likes of 'Freedom to facism' and 'money matters', why is the media keeping people in the dark about the privately owned Federal reserve and its illegal income tax. And yes, it is illegal, 100 percent.

because the jewsmedia and jewspapers are controlled by the ZOG who also control the poliricians and if everybody knew the income tax was illegal theyd have no money to spend on arms for Israel and false flag operations, the same way they knew the ATF fired first at Ruby Ridge and the FBI started the fires at Waco and that Timothy McVeigh was a patsy but none of that never made it into the mainstream press

From time to time we see this posted here, and it gets wearisome. Whether we like it or not, the US Income Tax is supported by law. The 16th Amendment to the US Constitution authorized Congress to levy a tax upon income. Title 26 US Code specifically sets for the tax upon income, and other parts of the US Code make it illegal to fail to pay taxes and further to evade taxes.
Anyone who follows the belief that income taxes are illegal has been duped by a variety of tax protesters, some of whom are simply out to make money for themselves, others of whom will end up in prison. The list of people convicted of income tax violations is long and distinguished.

If you are so confident that it is illegal then I suggest you file a lawsuit with the tax authorities to reclaim all the tax you have paid.
I fear that you would not be successful.

Its actually not illegal. Its just not backed by law. There is no law making it not legal. So in a similar way it is legal to go without a seatbelt, until its made illegal. Its also legal to be a moron, though I hopwe that law changes too. However if you are compeled, feel free to not pay your taxes.

Most people don't realize that congress illegally ratified the 16th amendment. Not a legal amount of states ratified it to become a constitutional amendment, but congress went ahead and ratified it anyways.

This is a crackpot theory. Try telling it to the IRS and see how far you get. Try vindicating your alleged rights here in the courts.
