I just read a site on this issue, and a Latino woman says that allowing this would mean that the fence would probably be built with (secret) entry points . . .
Carlos Mencia suggests that we put illegal Mexicans on the border, and tell these guards that the man they let in, takes their place and they have to go back. Funny bit!
But the fact is, this is a government project so expect to spend triple or quadruple what it would normally cost.

If only it were actually cheap labor...
But I'm all for making them build the wall. No pay, but I'd be willing to give them 3 squares and a cot.
And then if they've been good workers and don't have a criminal history, you make sure they get a chance to apply to come back to the US legally.

Yes, we could call it a temporary guest worker program. We could hire them to build the fence and they could build it from the south side. You've got to work from one side or the other anyway despite what politicians think you can't build a fence and straddle it at the same time.
We can't use the welfare loafing libs for labor because it would be one of those jobs welfare loafers just won't do. Its hot your exposed to outdoors and some of the work might cause you to perspire. I wonder if we could do some kind of exchange and trade welfare loafers for workers with Mexico. I'd be willing to trade 3 to one. 3 workers for one loafer.

I thought about that as well.
Probably not, but I'm willing to bet dollars to doughnuts that once its under construction, you could raid the offices of the private contractors building it and find at least a dozen illegal mexican aliens working on it.

I honestly don't care how they go about doing it, as long as it gets done. That should be the first step before considering amnesty. Step two should be rounding up all of the gang members and those that we know have criminal convictions and backgrounds and shipping their butts right back, across a secure border.
After that and only after that, do we consider amnesty.

yea, with gun turrets on top...manning them can be the high paid job for Americans. When the wall is completed, give those Mexicans the boot and a big ole thank you!

No, they should use cheap American bullets and build the fence with the bodies of fallen Mexicans.

What an irony , lol ! Seriously that is why they don't want illegal immigrants in the USA because they are driving down wages.
