I've always felt that when you connect with someone on that certain level(love), you'll never really lose that special warm place they take up in your heart. Sure the fiery passion may be gone but your cherished memories will last you the rest of your life, in which that love will never really die.

No. They crash and then explode. Afterwards your left with a bloody pulp. Unfortunately, it doesn't die. It just lives a painful existence for the rest of your life.

yes, sometimes. I still hold a small torch for my ex-wife. We were married 14 yrs. and we've been divorced for over 20yrs.So I would say it's possible.
