I won't rib you. There is too much at steak. At least with a butcher you might get some tongue, and you won't have to ask " Where's the beef?" I hear they are well endowed, so if you have a pair of tenderloins, you may want to stop in the jelly section first. Once he gets his T-bone up and your rump roast turned around, your brisket will be ready for action.

He may be a "crafty butcher" and like his meat delivered round the back.

It depends. If he's a crafty butcher, sneaking his meat in through the back door, I would be skeptical.

I just don't think he'd cut it
I mean, I'm sure he'd be bacon a lot of great things
