I wish I could. I can do it online no problem, but not face to face,well it all depends on the situation, if it is a girl I am attracted too that I have never met I can't do it,but if it is a friend I can. I think it would make a difference

He already knows how I feel, but I have only told him on the phone and to actually look him into his eyes and tell him I love him and see the love in his eyes back, is something I wish/dream for each and every day....

Ummm... heres the thing.... Why cant you do that? Last time I checked everyone has the ability to do whatever they want to. And if you have a voice, do it. You never know what you could have unless you ask for it, and the worst thing anyone can ever tell you is no.

I don't look in their eyes, I look right in between the eyes. And yes it would make a difference if you don't crack up laughing.
