Yes, but without the incompetence of others, not only would our time be boring here on earth, but the competent people wouldn't have anyone one to look down on.

A big negative. In means no/not and competence means the ability to do with knowledge.

I would say the absents of these qualities is not a good thing.

Actually I think it's really helping the growth of society, I mean the incompetence to understand how to properly use birth control means more procreation and therefor more minds to try and help the betterment of society.
Slightly sarcastic but still 100% honestly what I think.

Some company ignore incompetence of a person bec. that person is sucking their *****. My boss who knows nothing about computers and is caught downloading porn is still holding the position as MIS manager.
