Any of the Monty Python movies would be great!
Check out the James Bond movies to, most people consider them action, but to me pure comedy. But they have become too americanized.

Start with Monty Python, "The meaning of Life," "The life of Brian," or "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" is great.
