Yeh i agree.
As long as people don't diet and exercise really heavily too get down to that size, it's perfectly ok.
There are some people out there who are naturally that small, and it's unfair on them because they keep getting criticised. They then get pressurised to put on weight, then they get criticised too.

Depends on the person - I know one girl who is, but she's about 5ft tall and all her family are quite small built - what's worse is she wishes she was actually bigger! She complains that she's got the body of a pre-pubescent boy - I guess some people are never happy with their own body!
But aside from the small minority who are that way naturally, I think it looks awful and it sets a bad example to young girls who want to diet (when they should be growing!), and are basically ruining their health for later life. I think it's really sad.
Being excessively thin is just as bad as being excessively fat - it just means that you get a different selection of health problems - when you're underweight you put yourself at risk of poor nourishment which means you have low bone density and are bound to get osteoporosis in later life.
A UK size 4/US size 0 equates to:
bust 28 inches
waist 20 inches
hips 30 inches
Although often the waist can be bigger (and less defined in proportion to the hips) about 22 or 23 inches.

The only one i'm aware of for definate is George at Asda. You might want to try FCUK their size 6 is quite small so should be a good fit. Other places that tend to do small sizes include River island, Topshop, Miss selfridge and, if you have the money some of the designer lables found on the high street. Good luck with your search, size 6 is hard enough to find!!!

I'm still not 100% sure of the measurements for a UK size 4, except that it is a 23 inch waist. I guess if you are really small in build, it would be okay otherwise no it's too thin for any grown woman.

i think the whole size 0 thing is ridiculous, at the moment it seems 'fashionable' to be a size 0, alot of woman are practically starving themselvs and making their selves ill to be 'the size 0'.
But i agree that as long as you are in proportion and you are eating and taking care of yourself properly it shouldnt be too much to worry about as some people are naturally quite thin.

some people are naturally very petite, although the sizes you talk about are that of children. The problem arises when 'normal' or average sized women think they have to aspire to this, and the only way of becomming this small is to starve yourself and make yourself ill.

I would never want to be a zero personally but if someone is LEGITIMATELY that because of a fast metabolism rather than anorexia or something then I guess it would be just as mean to put down their body as it would be to put down anyone else's body. But generally I wouldn't want to be that small because I get the feeling that it makes you look unable to defend yourself and therefore vulnerable.
