i love to turn up the ac really high and then go take a shower and lay down on the big fluffy cloud, (my bed) and just lay there till i go to sleep! my bed faces my window and i love just to stare outside!

Lay down on bed and watch T.V. or I just listen to soft rock music. That makes me relax.

Smoke a Joint and sit in a easy chair I hear this will relax you I wouldn't know from experiance( Thats my story and I am sticking To it)

Bubble bath, nice quiet music, a good book, some candles, maybe some spooning & a nice back massage..aaahhh :)
