What do you think? The Belgium reporter in the beginning comments that he has 'apparently had more then just water to drink'.

He sure acted drunk, remember there is a lot of drinking at the G8 meetings/parties. He might have been toasting all evening and just had a few too many. He is still new at this.

I totally have no idea but the reporter has apologised for saying that Sarkozy was drunk. I guess he was sober then?

I am sure he did had more then just water to drink...It looked kind of drunk to me...I doubt that people react like this when they are tired or stressed...
