Well done for saying sorry...But....
If you care and respect the person you offended or lied to or whatever, then saying sorry shouldn't be too much of a problem.
For me, as long as I believe I was wrong - then I'll say sorry. But if I believe I am right and I don't have a reason to apologise, then I won't do so.
For some people - the hardest word may be sorry - but for me, thats not the case.
For example; I hate it when people apologise straight away and they don't even understand what they did wrong or why their apologising. An apology means nothing unless you mean what your saying.
