First, a warning about the answer copied from rhymezone.com (the one divided into listing by 2-syllalbe, 3-syllable, etc). Rhymezone's listings OFTEN include a large numbe of words that are RARE personal names (esp. surnames [last names]). These are not likely to be very useful if you're looking for a rhyme in a line of poetry. BUT, if you go to the page where the list appears, you will find that each of the words is linked to a page telling you more about that word, and frequently including a definition. So you can check out all the words fairly easily to see which are names, etc.
Now, on rhymes for "JUICY"
First, there are PERFECT rhymes, which end with exactly the same sounds -- /OO-see/
These are few, and several are proper names (though I do NOT include the rare ones!)
(loosey) goosey, sluicy?
Lucy, Brucie
Debussy
Watusi
You might also be able to make some up that will work in some cases (esp in comic verse), by simply adding a -y ending to a word ending with the -oose sound.
(Dr) Seussy, moosey, caboose-y
Or you migh be able to use a multi-word expression, so long as the ACCENT falls in the right place:
"What did YOU see?"
---------------
Then there are NEAR rhymes, esp. ones where the vowels are the same but the consonsant changes from /s/ to something else that's fairly close. In this case the following sounds are most promising: /sh/, /th/-esp. without the voice, /ts/ /ch/ and /z/
Thus you might find the following useful (in clusters, beginning with the NEAREST rhymes):
sushi
toothy, Ruthie
cutsie, Tutsi
hoochie, gucci
bluesy boozy, choosey, doozy, floozy, jacuzzi, newsy, Susie, uzi, woozy
smoothie

NEAR rhymes to try:
auntie, scanty, shanty, (penny) ante
'I command thee'
(un)canny, cranny, granny, nanny
Annie, Danny
also words with additional sounds at the end, esp:
landing, exapanding, demanding, commanding, banding, standing
