I tried to connect (inter net Connection wizard)and join in the DOMAIN, but failed. Then I turned the syystem out of domain by clicking "the system not in a domain ir Work group, it is for a home PC" some thing like that. then it said I must "restart" but after doing so system dose not log on in both the new and old accounts. PLs help.......

Sounds like you created a new user account within the domain still. Now you've gotten to the log on locally screen and you don't have a valid local(system) account. Try to log on with administrator with a blank password if it works create a new account for yourself and restart and log back in with the new account. If it doesn't work or says something like the account is restricted then you need to restart and boot into safe mode by tapping f8 over and over until you get to the selection screen where you will choose safe mode.

In safe mode log on with administrator and a blank password and create your user account and restart the computer with the new account.

If you are unable to log onto administrator account then you will need to download a password changing software one tool I recommend is Hirens Boot CD download it and create a disc with the .iso file and boot to it and change your password for administrator. Good Luck HTH.

From your description, I am going to assume a few things:

1. The pc used to be used in a client - server arrangement. The server domain was named ADMNT.
2. You are now not wanting to use the pc in a client - server arrangement but in a peer - to - peer arrangement.
3. You wish to connect to the internet.
4. You may have a router and other pcs on the LAN; this is not clear from your description.
5. You have a dynamic public IP, not a static public IP from your ISP

First - the pc is trying to join the ADMNT domain under a new user. Change this. The user is not to join the domain as the server is no longer in use. You want to set up a user account on the pc not on the domain. Correct this part and error messages about the system not being in a domain will go away.

Second, make sure the LAN connection is set up to obtain an ip address automatically.

Third, if you have a router, the router must be configured to send out LAN IP addresses via DHCP. Make sure the router is properly configured.

Should you have questions about any of the above, write with more details.

You should ask your domain server admnistrator to re-join you again to the domain. The domain server administrator has restrict everyone from joining itself or another PCs to the domain. You will require permission for joining the PC to the domain and that role can only be perform by Domain Administrator account by now.
To create another user and make it a member of domain also require domain server admnistrator previledge. So you should contact him/her right away now.
