They say to eat less Carb, But I don't no what to eat, am trying to conceive Please Help?

Check out a book from the library about low-carb diets or low-glycemic index foods.

Do you have insulin resistance with your PCOS? If so, are you taking meds for it? Are you taking Clomid to help you conceive? Are you doing basal body temp charting?

Low carb diet (like South Beach diet) helps PCOS but you may want to see a doctor. They can perscribe Metformin and/or Clomid to help you.
