what will that sneaky bush do next to circumvent the court's ruling? on the detainees? make up charges to hold them on?

well, for one thing, he recently said he would not remove Gonzales because "No one is going to tell me who I can have in my government"

When did it become HIS government?

Yes it's their job to make sure that the law is not violated, thats why its there, the problem is it wasn't the supream court's ruling, 60% of whome either Bush put in there or Regan or GHW Bush put in there, and they have been known for not having an unbiased ruling oppinion, so he will probably force it into the High Courts.

Bush has a habit of ignoring the courts or the Congress if they say something he doesn't agree with. Especially if it infringes on the "Unitary Executive" theory foisted by Cheney. Bush is a dictator that way, and Cheney an agent provocateur. BOTH need to be impeached.

Yes most defiantly bush has ran this country into the ground. I think he needs to be impeached. The weapons of mass destruction, nine eleven, and Katrina victims those three things in it self should be the reason to kick bush out of office.

No he was not in correct in his move to hold people as enemy combatants. The enemy has come here and even the FBI lists this man from the case as a sleeper cell. This is not what we need running free and putting them in jail till the war is over is what we must do to protect all our citizens from further 9-11 issues.
