I found this article on my homepage and thought it may be interesting for the pregnant women on this board to read. I have seen several questions on here about fish and whether or not it is safe to eat, especially tuna. So here is the article (it isn’t long).

What do you think of this article?

Lucie...I agree that it seems to leave people with the same question they began with. The reason I thought it would be interesting for people to read is because it shows how even the tuna they say is better still contains mercury. They can't seem to make up their minds.
I also agree with you that everything in moderation (outside of alcohol, smoking and caffeine) is usually a good way to go.
Thanks for your answer.

It seems to leave people with the same question they started with, is tuna safe?

I think tuna, if eaten in moderation (like most other foods) is just fine. I wouldn't go out of my way to consume a lot of it, but I definitely wouldn't avoid it, either.

According to the article is safe to eat fish that does not contain mercury and it list tilapia and catfish witch are good choices.
If you are not sure just ask your doctor.

Sounds about right. I've been trying to avoid seafood. But it's soooooo hard. I haven't had fish and chips in so long. And it seems like Red Lobster is calling my name.

It's very informative and true. Pregnant women and small children should be careful on what seafood they choose to eat.

Sounds good, it's nice to see a real face instead of a cartoon here on yahoo.
