No, we have something called free speech in America. Just do not make a threat on the president's life and you will be fine.

I guess it depends on where the sand is. If you sneak onto the Bush ranch in Crawford, Texas and do it then you would be arrested. However, that would be for tresspassing.

If you do it on a public beach and in a way that does not damage the beach then it will be legal. It is freedom of speech. If you get arrested, then you can fight that in court and win. The ACLU would probably love to get hold of a case like this one.

However, it will all depend on you not breaking other laws to write the message in the sand.

You don't have to like Bush as 75% of America does right now. Your problem would be with the Republicans that want to hurt and defame anyone that doesn't agree with Bush or them. I ignore them and their failed policies, they will all be gone come 08 elections. Most of us here in America are just playing the waiting game while the Republicans cut their own throats with constant corruption at the White House level. Just ignore these trolls here on your question, they have no merit.

Not all Christians are deluded- but many Christians have their focus on the wrong thing. Christ never sent us to clean up society. Our job and only job was to tell others the good news of salvation being extended to man through Christ. A lot of Christians for some dumb reason have gotten on the social bandwagon and now think that Jesus meant for us to try to change the evils of society. That can never happen, until the hearts of men change. We may not like some of the things going on in this world, and I can understand this person complaining about such things- but they are acting like God's 'prophet', without a leg to stand on. This is not what Jesus expected His followers to do. You need to look at Jesus, not His followers. He is the example- humans are poor examples of His holiness and righteousness. This person seems to think that God's real desire is to expunge porn, get rid of gays, convert all the Muslims and stop abortion. They are mistaken. Those are just symptoms of a world gone astray. God's real desire is for men to come to Him and let Him change their hearts. That's the only way we will ever see change in our world. Men cannot clean themselves up, no matter how much Christians shout about it. Only God can do that. Our job is to tell them about the love of Christ. Not all of us think like that person.
