I see some good suggestions already but the bottom line is even if you succeed in getting them off of myspace, it is a large internet and they can find another way. I see two options:

1. make peace with this individual so that they will stop trying to embarrass or harm you.

2. prevent them from obtaining anything else to put on line and they will eventually run out of material.

good luck.

The whole point of sites like myspace is based on the 'first amendment' (freedom of speech) ... and the ONLY 'personal business' that you can make a 'legal complaint' about is your 'personal financial identity' or if it is 'all lies' and not 'just a story' (which makes it 'libel' and prosecutable). Other than that, your 'best bet' is to get your own 'myspace' site, and put up your own 'blog' and statements that will 'tell the truth' about you and who you 'want to show to the world' ...

If it's really damaging information, email privacy@myspace.com but it had better be serious.

Don't contact anyone here who offers to help you personally, They are PROBABLY honest, but there is a chance they could get you in trouble based on the fact that you look vulnerable.

And stop associating with people who create drama.

You could report them but my advice would be to keep your business to yourself and only deal with people who respect privacy.
