How about starting by going to a church and asking for the priest or Rev. Ask for guidance. A church usually means family. How would like to have a family right now? One that is supportive. One that loves to reach out and care.
If you are truly ready for a change - reach out.

And "Cliff" you might want to post your question somewhere other than Computer Hardware....you most likely will get good answers right here, but re-posting to the right category may illicit more responses.
Sometimes, we just have to face our demons, our past, make amends as best we can (doing whatever it takes to pay those tickets...etc..)..you are hiding behind your fear of what will happen if you face the problems head-on. It may not be pleasant, it may be hard as hell...but you will come out of it a better person..IF you choose to face the facts straight on. Stop looking for an easy way out. Yeah..it'll be tough...but you'll be surprised at the "man" you become on the other side of it.

Well start off my stop complaining. You should have paid those tickets. Now you're in this horrible predicament. Now it's a great time to fess up be a man, and turn yourself in. It would be easier if you turn yourself in rather than them finding you. What if you're trying to work and they find you, do you really want your employer to see you get arrested? Not really. Just fess up, they don't like cowards. The more you run the angrier they'll get. You'll be able to get through it. Just follow your instinct. If you think you can run forever...then run... but that's not the life you want to live. Think about it. Rationally! And good luck!!

You will be arrested but as far as spending any time behind bars I say very doubtful. I dont know what your tickets are for but we have far to many people in jail right now so sending you in there for unpaid tickets not likely. Turn yourself in get this takin care of so you can start fixing your record for employers in the future. I know it's hard walking down there and doing it but it has to be done.

Well, start by standing up to your mistakes and go to the police station to turn yourself in. Offer the judge some sort of work program after perhaps doing a little time for your mistakes and pay back the fines. If you turn yourself in, you might get a lighter penalty.

I see your emotion in your pic. Kind of like mine... There is nothing you can do and the more you hide the worse it will be when you get caught. Fess up now and you can straighten your life out before you are 21. You are still young dont wait till your 18.

well i think you have to own up to the responsibility of the tickets 1st and foremost. nothing is gonna change til that is taklen care of... so you get arrested, it aint gonna be pretty, but you will feel relieved once you get it over with. with that load off your shoulders you will feel better and more energized about moving forward. good luck in this and the rest of your future!

Honestly, I think you should turn yourself in. That way, you go to jail for a little bit and then come out and can start over fresh.
