Next week my period coming down. Is it possible for me to try coneive this weekend because we really want to have a baby after my miscarriage last year February 2006 with our first child i was six weeks along.

it is possible for you to conceive... another piece of advice would to not use tampons in your next period they tend to catch the egg instead of it caching on you... good luck and i hope this helped

i think it would be too late to try again this month, although miracles do happen! i too am trying to conceive #1, i have had 2 early miscarriages ( 6 years ago) and have only just decided to try again now! apparently the best way to chart your fertility is by cervical mucus changes, when your mucus resembles a raw egg white consistency, this is the best time to try, this mucus makes it easier for the sperm to reach its destination!
also after having sex, try propping a pillow under your hips and stay there for a little while.

You can try, but you probably ovulated a few days ago and there would be no egg left to fertilize, as it's only good for about 24 hours.
