When i wake up, i use a cream cleanser (Olay deep pore), you can use a gel one but I prefer the cream, I then exfoliate with a buffer, then I tone & moisturise, then use a extra moisture cream = perfection! x

I don't avoid any foods, food is wonderful and I eat all kinds.
I wash my face in the morning when I wake up with St Ives apricot scrub, put a moisturizer on my face then apply my makeup. When I get home from work at night I wash my face with Clearasil daily face wash, and again wash with Clearasil before I go to bed at night and apply moisturizer again. Moisurizer is a must. For acne, I use rubbing alcohol dry skin I use aquafor and wrinkles I use Mary Kay wrinke cream.

I wash my face in the morning and before bed using Oil of Olay face wash cream for combination skin. I also use their face moisturizer with sunscreen for sensitive skin. I make sure I drink plenty of water and eat healthy, well balanced meals. I also exercise daily to keep my blood flowing. To have healthy skin you need to have a healthy body. Make sure you use plenty of sunscreen and don't smoke to avoid future wrinkles.

I clean my face everyday with Nicole miller Skin care line. It works better than anything else i have ever used.
