It honestly depends on the security level the computer has on it. Sometimes inner computer works are not accessible by the general employee population.

See if you can search for Jpegs and delete them. Also, look for files with specific endings that are related to the videos. Your best bet is to refrain from looking at pictures and movies.

You can right click on Internet Explorer and go to Properties. Delete the Cookies and then Delete Files (make sure you check the "delete offline files" box)

This will kinda delete everything, but if they want to find it they can by using file recovery software. The only way for that data to be permanently deleted is when and only when that data is overwritten by new data. You could always try to defrag your harddrive, and hopefully it gets overwritten in that process.

even if you delete the files, it is more than likely that your employer already has a record of the sites you've visited and what you've downloaded. the only way to keep them from knowing is don't do it in the first place. Having said that, I think I'll log out of my work computer now....

Check the program files in my computer, C: disk

Delete the folder of the downloaded software

Do a search from the start menu of all file and folders

Lastly, download and run hijackthis and

Don't do it in the first place. Run defrag after emptying. (which rearranges files for compactness and may overwrite the files) Look on the internet for a program that overwrites deleted files. Like this

its against the law
anytime you download something to your work pc it becomes works property
if you try to erase you can get fired
just dont download anything you dont want other ppl to see
