Some of my favorites include
Mississippi
Nettie Moore
Girl from the north country (original, not a huge fan of johnny cash collaboration)
Ballad of a thin man
When the ship comes in
Every grain of sand(Bootleg Vol 1-3 version)
Joey
Simple twist of fate
With god on our side (unplugged)
Sad eyed lady of the lowlands
Those were a sample of my favorites, I tried adding some variety in the eras of the songs too. Also a couple you've probably never heard but still great, seven curses and mama you've been on my mind, off of the bootleg vol 1-3 set, percy's song is another great off of the biograph set, hope that helped

Get Blonde on Blonde. That record is amazing. I also like another Side of Bob Dylan, but I would get Blonde on Blonde. That record is historic.

Don't Think Twice It's Alright
You're a Big Girl Now
It's all over now Baby Blue

Although i agree they're all good. Remember that a lot of the beauty in his songs lie in his poetry...that's right poetry not just lyrics.
