The highest resolution I've seen on Google can just about resolve cars as identifiable blocks... but you can't tell the make. People are maybe 2-4 pixels across... and if you can imagine the details in an 8 pixel by 20 pixel image of a couple you are deeply imaginative.
Someone I work with found himself sunbathing in his garden when the pictures were taken... I have to trust that he says it's him, cos I can't even make out the hair colour let alone the hair style.

Check out Google Earth.
They'd have to be a big couple out in the daylight for someone to see it.
On Google Street, you can see a guy breaking into someone's house.
But, other than that, really -- most people screw inside or not from the street view.

google/nasa take snapshots of all the areas of the globe and compile it in a continuous form. so if any "exciting" pic is caught in the process, it becomes available, but then the next problem which steps in is the resolution. google ensures nothing of that sort occurs. it would be really chaotic if google earth kept spying on people all day long with satellites. wouldnt it???

Google drives through citys with cars now and take pictures from inside the car. I read some articles about that. I think they already drove through San Francisco and also took some pictures of bikini girls taking a sunbath and stuff.

No, Google earth isn't in real time. Most of the images are over a year old, and they are still images, not videos.

I would say no. the resolution, at least for the free version, is not nearly good enough to even clearly see a person in the first place. you can see your house just fine, but you can't make out much smaller than that.
