Tmobile is offering the phone for about 150 (w/ rebate) for new accounts but can I get the same deal if I just renew my contract?

I have been a T-Mobile customer for seven years and they won't offer me any kind of a deal to upgrade without renewing my contract.......I believe this is horrible customer service. There is no reward for repeat customers so now I'm thinking of dropping them and looking at another provider.

yea but if ur in ur contract ur sol u would have to buy it @ full retail price like $600
