I was a revol customer, but was lured away by my fancy free phone( which I love) to Verizon. I can't afford the high bills and would like to switch back. Is there any one who has done this? My phone does not have a SIM card and I keep getting conflicting information. I asked Revol and they said to take it to thire store and try it if its unlocked they didn't know for sure. Then I talked to someone else there and they said no it had to be a Revol phone. I am confused, pleases help clarify!!!!!!!!!!!

Revol and Verizon both use CDMA technology so in theory the phone would work with Revol sevice. here is your problem
Almost all CDMA providers require you to use their phones with their service and will not activate any phone that is not branded to them with the phones ESN# in their database.
Even if you call Revol and they say they would activate the phone, you would have to have the phone flashed, removing the Verizon firmware and flashing it with Revel firmware.
Again, I am almot positive Revol will not allow it and if they did, the hassle and the cost of the above steps would not be worth it. Sell the Verizon phone and pick something nice from the Revol offerings
Cheers

at the same time as the solutions given are superb to a definite degree - Verizon is CDMA and T-cellular is GSM - there are some Verizon telephones that carry a SIM card such through fact the hurricane.. So basically take the battery out and notice if there's an area to your SIM. good success.
