if i run like 6 days a week on my treadmill for 45 min (this is 3 miles) and go swimming a few days in my pool, and eat right will this help slim my stomache and thighs??

there is no better exercise for your stomach than swimming. correct form concentrates so much on your "core" the area from your hips to chest. the more you swim the more you will notice just how much this area is worked during workouts. you'll find that your stomach is clinched and tight nearly the entire time and without even really thinking about it. it's a constant flex of those muscles and less intense than say doing sit-ups or crunches, so you hardly notice it, but over the longer time of a swimming workout, you get a tremendous benefit from it without the worry of pulling or over working the area.

Yes, all that cardio mixed with a low fat diet will help burn the fat off all areas of your body. Working your legs on the treadmill will build up muscle there in place of the fat
