You have to contact AOL customer service by phone. They'll verify your identity and can assist you with your problem.

If you don't know your password or the answer to your security question, you really can't change your password. Call AOL's Technical Support number and work with them. They will probably ask you information that only you would know (SSN, Birth Date, etc.).
