There is no specific Eagle Scout group, only Boy Scouts. Eagle Scout is an honor that a boy earns by completing tasks and a leadership project. Many troops have boys who have earned the Eagle award and they serve as mentors to the younger Scouts.
There is an association of Eagle Scouts, such as a college fraternity of Eagle Scouts, or the National Eagle Scout Association., but these groups do not replace the regular membership in a home troop.
You've asked us to be specific, but you haven't given us much details...
On what do you base your question?
Do you know an individual that is a member of an Eagle Scout group?
Did you hear a rumor that you are seeking additional information?
Please be specific.

Are you thinking about the difference between Boy Scouts and Venture Scouts? Basically, Venture Scouts are for adults over the age of 18 that still want to do Scouting events without being an adult leader for Boy Scouts. Boy Scouts are for boys under the age of 18...you earn the rank of Eagle Scout while in Boy Scouts.
