Yes it was Swift, only the 'Modest Proposal' was that Ireland should solve both its famine and overpopulation problems at once by eating the babies -- wasn't really a rich/poor thing.

you are referring to Jonathan swift who wrote "A Modest Proposal" It wasn't just the rich eating the poor, it was the rich eating impoverished infants. it is really about the state of the poor in Ireland and their indifferent landlords. here is a link to the essay: http://www.darkwing.uoregon.edu/~rbear/modest.html

Its a yin and yang component. once you're proper and negative you could marry a wealthy guy. proper to a lady is a commodity as a lot as funds for a guy. Its a journey made in heaven (or hell). and then... when you're wealthy, you should purchase attractiveness - how do you try this? Did you ever see all those beauty actuality shows on television? that's conceivable, that's practicable. the acceptable is to be proper and wealthy (no longer by marriage) And what fairly s*cs, is to be grotesque and negative!!! From my personal adventure: i replaced into negative and proper and then i replaced into wealthy and proper and then I realized that funds can't continually purchase love... and now i'm again to sq. one!!! Now, i imagine i do not options to be proper and by no ability so wealthy - it doesn't remember anymore, as long as I easily have someone who truly adores me for all that i'm, no longer only for my visual allure.
